MEDIchair CHATS is owned and operated by CHATS (Community & Home Assistance to Seniors), a not-for-profit organization that supports the health and wellness of seniors and caregivers at home and in the community.
Launched in 1980, CHATS now supports more than 6,500 York Region and Bradford West Gwillimbury seniors and caregivers each year, through a full range of services such as in-home help and care, Meals on Wheels, transportation, wellness/social programs, and much more.
MEDIchair CHATS is equipped with its own service department employing manufacturer-trained technicians capable of handling any equipment problems that arise. We will ensure that your equipment is set up properly to provide you with maximum performance to increase independence and safety.
We Make House Calls: Sometimes it just isn't possible to make it to our store. That's why we are happy to offer you the convenience of a free in-home assessment to determine your needs. Give us a call and we'll be happy to set up an appointment. We are also able to provide in-home installation and servicing on many of the products we sell. Home pick-up and delivery services are also available.
